EK Message API

One API key to send bulk SMS and OTP across NTC, Ncell and Smart Telecom. Routing, credit billing, and delivery webhooks are handled for you.

The EK Message API is organized around predictable, resource-oriented REST. It returns a consistent JSON envelope on every response, uses conventional HTTP status codes, and authenticates with a single API key. The base URL is:

Quickstart

Send your first SMS in three steps:

1. Create an API key in the dashboard under API Keys, scoped to messages:send.
2. Add credits from the Billing screen. You are charged one credit per delivered segment.
3. Send a message with a single POST request:

A successful call returns 202 with a batch id; the message is sent in the background and its status is reported over a delivery webhook. See Send a message for the full request and response contract.
